The Executive Decision cannot sire an NI Foal because he is A, P, Q, U negative.  If your mare is negative in the A and/or Q group, she should be bred to a negative stallion.  There are only few stallions standing that are negative.  If you do not have the bloodtyping card available for your mare, you should play it safe and breed to TED.
