When the question is:

Stay, leave, or change my focus?

THE CHALLENGE

At the senior level, it can feel harder to find an objective perspective.

You're used to making complex decisions at the highest level of your profession.

But you'd like some help with this one.

You don’t need more data or opinions. You need a neutral process and the distance to clear the distractions so you can finally see your next move.

Let's separate the logic from the noise.

THE SOLUTION

Objective Decision Facilitation

We do one thing, and we do it well:

We help leaders make hard career choices.

When a career decision is complex, the variables can be overwhelming.

We provide a clear, step-by-step process to identify, organize, and assess those variables. This isn't coaching or career/life advice. It’s a literal teardown of your current professional situation.

Together, we look at the facts. We test your assumptions. We find the one move that actually makes sense: the logical next step that lets you move forward with confidence.

THE PROCESS

How It Works: One Session. One Decision.

1. Prepare

Once your session is confirmed, you’ll receive The Brief, a streamlined tool intended to capture key information before we meet. It asks about the context, factors, and constraints relevant to your career decision. Most clients complete it in under an hour.

2. Deconstruct

During the session, we map the options and trade-offs of your career decision so you can see it clearly. This one focused session often replaces (or ends) months of going in circles.

3. Resolve

At the end of your session, you’ll have a completed logic map that contains your Defining Move, the concrete next step that clarifies your decision and lets you act with confidence.

THE SCOPE

High-Consequence Career Decisions

We work on decisions that have meaningful consequences and where delay often has a cost.

Common situations include:

  • Should I take this new role or stay where I am?

  • Is it time to move on given my health, family, or retirement?

  • How do I move forward when I'm stuck between two options?

We help you see the facts, isolate the trade-offs, and find the one step that gets you moving again.
THE EVIDENCE

"I’m surrounded by people with opinions, but few that can help me find my own perspective based on fact. The focused, objective insight the process uncovered was invaluable for a uniquely difficult situation."
